Laurie is a senior Human Resources Executive with a significant breadth of experience in board and executive remuneration across both listed and non-listed organisations. Apart from his serious expertise in all things Remuneration, Laurie barracks for ‘The Cats’ in the AFL (the rest of the HRascent team does not hold that against him). Back in the office, Laurie’s prime focus is on integrating remuneration and broader HR initiatives with organisations’ business strategies and aligning business performance.
